		<description>Natalie - it is, and so easy~&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Nina - Peel, chop, and cook 6 potatoes, quick-roast a couple of garlic cloves, then when mashing the potatoes, add 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream along with 1/4 cup milk and 1 tbsp butter.</description>
