Mike, I feel your pain. It could be worse - my parents got 16 inches of snow this weekend! Boy, am I glad I left Wisconsin LOL
I start going stir-crazy with the early darkness by Christmas!

Sick of Winter?! How could you ask such a question? OF COURSE I'm sick of Winter! How dare you remind me :)

As you know, anyone that lives up in this area of the country, aside from true winter fanatics, gets tired of the cold and snow. We are finally getting a break (over freezing now), and even had sun the past couple days. Ground still has 1/2 foot of compacted, half-melted snow, but things are definitely improved.

And, most importantly (to me), the daylight hours are much longer now! It's almost tolerable again. Every year, we suffer through it. It starts out as a novelty, but by the end of February, Winter has worn out its welcome.

By the way, that steak/potato dish looks delicious! I skipped dinner tonight aside from some fruit for a snack, and now I have to look at that picture... oh, the torture!
